" I can't thank you enough for helping me out when I was in a bind. I had gone to Philadelphia thinking I would only be out of town for a few days when I found out I had to have surgery and would be stuck there for  a month. Meanwhile, my cat, Igby, was still in my apartment back in Cambridge and my doctors had forbid me to travel to go get him. I called Alan and explained the situation. Within minutes Alan found someone who would be willing to pick Igby up and drive him to Philly. Later that very same night an incredibly nice guy named Chris showed up with my cat.
